Clean & Iron Service
will shortly be opening a new agency in La Massana, in the Principality of
Andorra. La Massana is one of the most active tourist towns in the Principality
and according to research studies the demand for home cleaning services is
significant. In principle the new agency will offer our well-known services in
La Massana, Ordino and Arinsal.
The company Clean &
Iron Expansion, owner of the brand name Clean & Iron Service, has opened a
PointClean office in the department store Grandes Almacenes Pyrennées in the
Principality of Andorra, where you can arrange and contract the services. This
PointClean office offers all the company services to both the Andorran public
and the many foreign tourists who spend their holidays in this Pyrenean
country.
Under the hand of
Montserrat Clará Gamell, Clean & Iron Service has opened its first agency
in Girona, in Calle Cerverí 2. This agency will give service throughout the
city of Girona and is designed to offer all the services of the chain. Girona

Edith and Paco of the Marbella Clean & Iron agency have decided to
use a smart new Mercedes Vaneo to transport their operatives. Needless to say,
this vehicle perfectly represents the quality services of our agencies.
Last 11 October in Marbella, in Sant Pedro de Alcántara, there was a
retraining course for the operatives of Clean & Iron Marbella. The course
was delivered by Eva Ramos and Paqui Ibañez and was noted for the numerous
practical examples and the high level of participation by those attending.

Second training course on Polishing Floors.Thanks to the success of the last training course, given in November,
Clean & Iron Service Expansion has decided to repeat the course for those
who were unable to secure a place on the first occasion. This next course will
be in March 2003 and will take place in the Clean & Iron Service
headquarters. The course is open to all the professionals of the sector and
will consist of a presentation of the rotational polisher, practical experience
in polishing and abundant materials of advertising and technical support for a

The Barcelona Clean
& Iron agency, under the guidance and monitoring of head office, is
offering its customers as a trial this summer a new service of swimming pool
cleaning and gardening. In October the results of the campaign will be
considered and there will be a study of the profitability of the service.

Lleida is one year old. As Montserrat Rodriguez Parra, manager of the
company, tells us, the volume of services contracted from Clean & Iron in
Lleida is increasing month after month. The customers come back to us and tell
other people about us, word of mouth is the best possible publicity. The agency
has signed an agreement with a well-known brand of home delivery pizzas, to get
advertising delivered to all their customers about Clean & Iron Service.

On 20 December in Girona
the first training course took place for employees of Clean & Iron Girona.
The course was given by our training manager Mrs. Eva Ramos and was combined
with numerous practical exercises in the use of the machinery.
On 16 October in Pamplona there was a training course for the employees
of Clean & Iron Pamplona. This course was given by Paqui Ibañez and Eva
Ramos, training managers of Clean & Iron Expansion. At the end of it the
participants were given accrediting diplomas. It only remains to say that both
the employees and the franchisee Mr. Juan Antonio Cid showed great enthusiasm
and contributed to its successful development.
